Skagit County
There are few places as beautiful as Skagit. As time moves forward, Skagit County continues to grow into a prime location where it is an honor to serve.
Our Guarantees
These are the guarantees we offer with our services in the hope of building trust and everlasting partnerships with our clients.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured
Not only do we have all the necessary certificates and licenses to do business in Washington State but so do any of our sub-contractors that we might employ, verified by our company.
LIC#: HWY9G9G754RA

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
What this means is we are not finished with a job until our clients are completely satisfied with all work done. As projects begin to wrap up we will schedule walk-throughs and address any concerns before final payment is requested.

1 Year Warranty Minimum
Every contractor by law is held to an implied warranty of workmanship and habitability. That sounds a little grey. We give all projects a guaranteed 1 year warranty and more for certain jobs like roofs and decks. We will always come back to re-inspect our work at your request.

Matt McChesney (Owner/Operator)
Growing up in Marysville, WA and coming from a family of hard workers, Matt started his construction journey at the age of 20 as a laborer for a residential foundation company in Snohomish County. By 23 he had his own crew and would end up overseeing countless foundations built in our community through his leadership. Eventually Matt would move on, gaining experience in commercial concrete, concrete finishing, residential framing, excavating and finally landing in the general contracting field.
With a natural affinity for rough carpentry and muddy conditions, working for a general contractor was a whole new ballpark. The precision cuts, tricks to the trade and attention to detail that is required in this industry had to be once again hard earned. Eventually Matt began to excel at finish carpentry, drywall repairs, flooring, window & door installs and the list goes on to include overseeing large projects such as ADUs, garages and homes being constructed and remodeled.
Leaving his last position as a “bags-on superintendent” Matt McChesney has created the all-inclusive Hwy 9 General Contracting company out of his garage and into the greater Western Washington Community.
